Individual counselling
As a Person-Centred counsellor my aim to provide a supportive space where you can truly feel heard and understood. Many people find that having this space helps them connect more deeply with themselves, grow in self-acceptance and discover new ways of moving through life with greater ease and authenticity.

Couples Counselling
Relationships can be both deeply fulfilling and deeply challenging. Couples counselling offers a supportive environment where both partners feel heard and understood. With a mix of open exploration and gentle direction we can work through conflicts, strengthen communication, rebuild trust and connection.

Session Fees
- Individual Counselling: £50 per session (50 minutes)
- Couples Counselling: £75 per session (50 minutes)
Sessions are available in-person and online, making support flexible and accessible.
Booking & Availability
I aim to make counselling as approachable as possible, and I am aware that weekly sessions, at a set time does not work for all. Please let me know what works for you and I will try to do my best to accommodate you. I offer sessions in the daytime, and I also have evening sessions available (these sessions are often in high demand).
